Collection: Baracuta

Baracuta is an English brand created in 1937 by brothers John & Isaac Miller. In the 1930s, he designed a waterproof jacket which he called the "G9" (the G referring to Golf, the sport for which it was originally designed).

In the 1960s, Ryan O'Neal played the role of Rodney Harrington in the TV series "Peyton Place" and wore a G9 jacket. The impact of this series was that many fans adopted the Scottish tartan-lined jacket. And they call it the "Harrington" in reference to the hero of the series. The G9 jacket becomes the Harrington G9, the association still exists today. A jacket that crosses the ages, and which was worn by many icons such as Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, or Steve McQueen.
